Where the method happens
Presence is part of the method.
Our work depends on physical presence. People are moved by what they stand in front of, by the person across the table and by the questions that only arise on the ground.
That is why every programme takes place in Israel. Few contexts hold as much reality in as little space, and that density is what turns a conversation into an experience.
We do not design an itinerary of places. We design a sequence of encounters, and the country is the condition that makes them possible.
The journey ends. The relationship doesn't.
Every participant becomes part of The Way Shalom Fellowship, a growing community of alumni, hosts and professional counterparts across Europe and Israel.
The Fellowship creates opportunities to reconnect, continue conversations, meet participants from other programmes and develop relationships beyond the original encounter.
